Xiaoqing Liu obtained her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Chongqing Technology and Business University in 2018 and 2022, respectively. She was awarded her Ph.D. by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2026, focusing on high-performance polymers for PCB substrates. Currently, she is a postdoctoral fellow at Southeast University under the supervision of Dr. Hubiao Huang, conducting research on advanced dielectric materials for integrated circuits
