Jiayu Yao

Jiayu Yao obtained her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Yangtze University and Fuzhou University in 2022 and 2025, respectively. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D at Southeast University under the supervision of Dr. HubiaoHuang, with her research interests focusing on EUV photoresist materials.
